This is a one-day course starting at 9:15 am

The course is open to all bowlers even if you only want to be a Marker at your own club.  It can also be the first step, if you wish, to become an EBUA Marker or Regional Umpire.

The course is designed to be a fun day with a few quizzes leading to discussion and explanation on aspects of the laws pertaining to Marking.  There will also be practical exercises including measuring, positioning, communication and time management.

We anticipate completing the course by 5:00 pm at the latest.

There will be a Certificate of Attendance issued at the end of the course on successful completion of the measuring exercises.

Cost of the course is £10 and if, following the course, you wish to go on to become a member of the EBUA then membership forms will be available on the day or from the EBUA Website.

If you are interested please contact me with your name, as you would like to see it on the Certificate, a means of contact and your Club.
