Match Application



INSTRUCTIONS

DO NOT APPLY HERE IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PUT YOUR NAME DOWN ON THE TEAMSHEET IN THE CLUBHOUSE

1. Type in your name (both given name and surname).
If  your partner is doing catering or bar duty for the match please put a  *  after your name.

2. Choose type of match (mixed, ladies, men), click 'next'.

3. From the list then displayed  click on the match you wish to apply for (you can only apply for friendlies and some internal matches). The list is in date order and you may need to scroll to see them all.
Note that matches may remain on the drop down lists here even after selection has occured.

4. Click 'next' (if displayed) and then click 'submit'. If you don't click on submit your application will not be recorded.

5. You should then get a display saying "your match application has been recorded". That's it. You're done!

6. If you wish to apply for a further match at the same time just click on "submit another response" below the 'your match application has been recorded' message.

7. If you have any special dietary requirements or are bringing a guest please inform  the captain of the day by phone.

8. Note that you cannot withdraw your name using this form; please contact the captain of the day direct.



You can view which matches you have applied for using this on-line page by going to the "team selection" page and opening the "online application" tab. This tab does NOT show the matches you applied for using the sheet in the clubhouse
