DO NOT BOOK ROLL UPS IN THE RINK BOOK - FOR ROLL UPS JUST TURN UP AND PLAY

There are 5  2-hour slots per day. For each slot you wish to book you need only to enter your name.

Use the drop down list to do this.

Only one name is required even if you are booking a fours, triples or pairs match.

If you think your match will last longer than one 2-hour slot then you must book the next slot as well.

You must vacate your rink at the end of your booked slot(s) - even if the match is unfinished - if your rink is required for another booked match.

The rink book does not allow you to book a specific rink - just a time slot.

On the day those with a rink booking should - if possible - mutally agree which rink they will play on.

If this is not possible then, within the agreed priorities, a draw should be made to decide who gets first, second etc choice of  rinks.

This draw will take place 10 minutes before the slot start time.

Instructions regarding draw procedures are in the folder in the clubhouse.

If a team is not present at the draw they cannot over-ride rink allocations when they turn up -

even if their match is of a higher priority.

If a booked match (not a roll up) is already in progress from the preceding slot then this cannot be asked to move rink.
